——

There are times in life when nothing would feel better than to just let go.  Call it growing up or whatever you want I am trying to be a person of restraint.  What I am finding is – it is the most difficult thing in the world.  Restraint is not the same as pushing down and hiding from the realities of life or your own issues…it is being appropriate with when and whom to share.  Those things in life that I wholly disagree with or those situations when people I know and love are being disrespected – it is in those times that I am afraid that I  will burst from exercising restraint.

Does anyone else have this problem or is it just me?
